Infr’action.
Situation of the action: in the gardens and entrance road to the museum in front of the wall of the cemetery.
The public chairs are grouped four by four with spaces between each group of chairs.
When they are already seated, everyone who occupies the front-to-left position of the group, gives him a plate as a steering wheel.
Taking advantage of the bars of the door that is open, the performer locates high lines of colored flags.
Place on the wall of the cemetery an elongated poster that says ARRIVAL.
Set a table in front of the audience.
Above it a gas bottle and a glass bottle with gasoline and blood inside.
Sound: Start reading the ethical-ecological code of the TOTAL oil company website, until the end of the performance
An assistant photographer performs a photo shoot with flash to the performer, with poses of strength and triumph
The performer places a container of garbage near the arrival poster, rotates at the last moment showing a poster attached where he puts LIBYA 2011
I let the gas cylinder roll in line with the exit of the museum
Then take the bottle and shake it for a few minutes to the beat of the heart.
The performer removes red plastic bags and pronounces a different Libyan name. Take each bag and move it to fill with air and give life to a child figure with arms raised. He puts them on his head, he raises them, cradles them and hugs them. After each movement they let them fall defenseless to the ground.
He pulls a level tool and holds it, high and horizontal, for a minute.
He raises the other arm to the same height and his hand holds a dart. Another minute.
In front of the table, he places a metal ashtray and fills it with the mixture of blood and gasoline
He lights a long match and begins to run without moving.
Turn on the gasoline of the ashtray and unwind a poster: LONDON 2012.
The performer uncovers another poster: MALI 2013
The smell of gasoline and blood burned, blend in the air
The performer removes his tie and opening his shirt shows his T-shirt that has the word PERVERSIÓN printed.
He retires observing where the gas bottle has gone: under the arrival sign next to the rubbish bin "Libia 2011"; brings the bottle rolling to the position of the public and leaves it standing on the ground.
